Found sounds

Found Sounds

I have decided that the sounds which I am using aren't exactly perfect for the "found sounds" that she used. Therefore I have googled some sounds (which helpfully have a little audio clip) which would have been like the things that she used and the clips were short enough to appreciate how the sound could be manipulated.

From this list I have drawn a few:

• bird
• clock
• door/doorbell
• drumkit
• clapping
• storm
• hammer
• car
• bike

HOWEVER these are all objects rather than scenes like I have done before...

I have decided that compositionally these aren't going to work as backgrounds. It is important that the page is filled so I am resorting back to landscapes, cityscapes. Although it was worth doing more line drawings and helped me be able to make things more proportionate through continuous line.
