I think that these images make progress to trying to capture the music by incorporating the important element of time.
HOWEVER
Perhaps I should be more mathematical about them and divide them into different sections and carefully respond to each as music is very much in specific sections. Then I would really investigate the different layers and instruments for the intro, verse, chorus and bridge in depth. Here I could use the same sized paper but maybe 4 pieces, making a really long image.
At the moment although these images are a subjective expression of the music they are not authentic/accurate of the song.
These experiments are progression but not there yet.
